Make a Payment 

You can pay for your services quickly and securely using one of the following options 

Pay by Credit Card 

For security reasons and to better protect your personal and financial information, ByWard Family Health Team no longer accepts credit card payments over the phone. Cash payments are not accepted. 

Save Your Credit Card on File 

To make future payments easier, patients are encouraged to securely save their credit card information through TELUS Health Connect. 

Having a payment method securely saved on file makes it easier to process applicable clinic fees and can help prevent delays related to payment. 

How to save your credit card information: 

1. Sign in to TELUS Health Connect. 

1. Select Profile. 

1. Select Payment Method. 

1. Select the option to add a payment method. 

1. Enter your information. 

1. Review and accept the clinic’s credit card  

1. terms and conditions for keeping a payment method on file. 

1. Save your payment method. 

Once saved, your payment method can be used to process applicable clinic fees.

Secure Payment Link 

If you do not wish to save a credit card on file, you may make your payment using the secure payment link sent to you by email and/or SMS. 

 Patients can securely pay their bills by credit card through the Clinic Portal. 

How to Pay by Credit Card 

1. Log in to the Clinic Portal. 

1. From the Patient Portal home page, select Billing. 

1. Select the bill you would like to pay. You may select more than one bill if applicable. 

1. Select Make payment. 

1. Enter your credit card information in the required fields. 

1. Select Pay to complete your payment. 

1. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will have the option to download a copy of your invoice.

Pay by Mail 

You may mail your payment to:

 Please include the invoice number and the name of the patient (if different from the person making the payment) on the cheque. 

In-Person Payments 

Payments may also be made in person at any of our clinic locations using an accepted method of payment. 

Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
