In an effort to better manage the high volume of calls, the ByWard Family Health Team is pleased to inform you that on March 18th, 2022, we have upgraded our telephone system to better serve you.

Some of the new features include the following:

• If calling the Family Medicine or Campus Same Day Clinic lines, you now have the option to select the “Callback feature” while maintaining your queue priority
• Additional menu options to choose from which contain lots of detail to answer your questions quickly
• Unlimited incoming calls – no more busy signals or failure to connect
