As part of Dr. Lisa White’s long-term retirement planning and gradual practice transition, patients who are NOT insured by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) will no longer be able to receive ongoing primary care from Dr. White effective November 1, 2026. 

On July 10, 2026, a detailed letter explaining this change, what it means for your care, and resources to help you establish care with a new healthcare provider was sent by email to patients with an email address on file and by regular mail to those without an email address.
