Holiday Hours: 

• Clinic closed on April 3rd and April 6th.
• After-Hours Clinic will be open on April 6th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Doors-

Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Phone Lines-

Monday to Friday: 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm

Weekends: 9am to 12pm

FHO Afterhours Clinic-

Monday to Friday: 5pm to 8pm

Weekends 9am to 12pm

By appointment only. This is not a walk-in clinic
