In follow-up to the communication from Dr. Luisa Menjivar Ponce, that was sent on the 14th of January, 2022, pertaining to her departure, the ByWard Family Health Team wishes to update you with regards to your medical care.
We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Thien Kieu Thi Phung will assume the care of Dr. Menjivar Ponce’s patients and practice as of March 1st, 2022. Her office, at the ByWard FHT, is located at 316 Rideau. Please ask for her when booking an appointment.
